Custom Balloon Decor for Chicago Corporate Events

We deliver to Chicago and the North and West Suburbs.

For balloon delivery, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance, though same-day or next delivery is often available. For custom event installations — especially large-scale arches, walls, or multi-room decor — we suggest booking 2–4 weeks out to ensure availability and allow time for custom sourcing.

Yes. North Shore Balloon Decor carries full general liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request and can be issued naming your venue or company as additionally insured. We've worked with hundreds of corporate clients, hotels, and event venues across the Chicago area.

Absolutely — custom color matching and styling is our specialty. Whether you have a brand palette, a party theme, or a specific inspiration board, we'll work with you to bring your vision to life. Simply call us or use the Get a Quote form to share your ideas.

Send us your event details in a custom quote request and a designer will reach out with suggestions and questions. We'll add your items to a tentative invoice for your review. A signed and paid invoice means your event is now scheduled with our team.
