We deliver across the greater Chicago area — North Shore (Evanston, Wilmette, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Glencoe, Highland Park, Lake Forest), downtown Chicago, and surrounding suburbs within ~40 miles. For larger event installations, we travel further across Illinois — just call us to confirm.

Balloon delivery: 48 hours in advance is ideal, though same-day is often available. Custom event installations (arches, walls, multi-room decor): we recommend 2–4 weeks so we can source colors, schedule a crew, and confirm venue logistics.

Balloon delivery starts at $195 and is priced per arrangement on the product page. Event installations (arches, garlands, corporate decor) are quoted based on size, color palette, and setup complexity — most full installs land between $750 and $5,000+. Yes — corporate events are a large part of what we do. We carry full general liability insurance and can issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue or company as additionally insured. We've worked with Amazon, Ulta, Hilton, Medline, McCormick Place, and dozens of other corporate clients across Chicago.

Custom color matching is our specialty. Send your brand palette, party theme, or an inspiration board and we'll match it. Most arrangements can be styled to fit any color scheme, including specialty finishes (chrome, pastel, matte).

Yes — our team delivers and installs every event piece on-site, precisely where you need it. Your décor arrives fully assembled (not in a box), and we arrive before your event to set up. Pickup of installation pieces after the event can be arranged for a small fee.

Yes, within reason. Color, message, and delivery time changes are easy if made 24+ hours before delivery. Major design changes on event installs are best made before we begin sourcing — usually 7+ days before your event.

A bouquet is a hand-tied cluster on weights — perfect for greetings, birthdays, and front doors. A column is a vertical tower of balloons (great for entrances and step-and-repeats).
