What are the decor delivery and set up times?

Party animals can choose the balloon delivery and installation window. Set up time required for our team varies based on order size, but most decor arrives fully assembled in our delivery trucks. This makes installation efficient and leaves time for us to perfect the final touches.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order for a corporate or venue hosted event is $500 plus sales tax and delivery.

Can North Shore Balloon Decor's balloon artists make logo decor designs?

Yes. We can make anything. After thousands of orders placed, there's not been a single one that we haven't been able to execute. Party animls consistently express appreciation for our unmatched professional creativity.

Is clean up service available?

Yep! Request clean up when you book our team. Sit back and relax, party animals, we've got every detail covered.

Do North Shore Balloon Decor's professional artists offer coordinating accessories?

Absolutely! Our care and attention to detail knows no limits. Tablecloths, flowers, large numbers, greenery, LED signs, stuffed animals and more -- add on any accessory and we will incorporate it into your decor design for you. (Add-ons do not count towards the order minimum.)

Are there frames and backdrops for rent?

From frames that incorporate your business banner into your decor design to a color-coordinated back drop for special photo ops, anything you need to make the vision come to life, we're on it. All we need is two weeks notice to deliver on the magic.

How are hanging balloons installed?

We handle every aspect of set up. We use command hooks to hang your decor, we just need written consent from your business or event venue in advance.

What happens if a touch up is needed?

Our balloon designs are known for their durability and longevity regardless of environment or weather. If something unforeseen makes a touch up necessary to maintain the perfection of your decor, you can count on us. An additional charge may be appropriate in some circumstances.
